| 2. | All estimates are done in good faith. If we find something else wrong with the product while repairing it, we will contact you to discuss it. | |
| 3. | All Eastern Commercial Services, Inc. repairs made to current model units are covered by our no excuse full 1 year labor guarantee. Parts not repaired by us are not covered under our warrantee. | |
| 4. | We offer a same day rush service for an additional $20 charge. | |
| 5. | Units not picked up from our shop within 30 days of service completion will become the property of Eastern Commercial Services, Inc.. | |
| 6. | We will make every effort to repair units which have become obsolete, however the use of used parts may be necessary to facilitate such repairs. | |
